Meet Sammy
From a young age I have always loved being in the kitchen – mainly with my mum, baking cookies and watching her create the marvellous cakes from the old women’s weekly birthday books.
I feel it is only natural that I found a calling creating exactly what I grew up loving.
As much as I love exploring the adventurous world that is creating novelty cakes, I believe I have found my real passion in Wedding Cakes and Buttercream creations.
What started as a hobby has since become a love as I began Cake and Spoon – to me, there is no better feeling than creating something that will become a part of a memory that will last forever, whether it be your Wedding, a baby shower, a birthday, every moment deserves to be celebrated – and what better way to celebrate than with cake!
